Treating our customers as individuals
When you call to place your order with us, we won't put you on hold. We know you by your name, not a customer number. You won't talk to an "order taker". One of our trained Account Managers will spend the time it takes to create the right system for you. They won't sell you things you don't need, and you may even find that they'll try to talk you out of an item if they don't think it's right for your applications. The final decisions are always yours, of course - but our goal is to build you the systems that are going to make you a raving Xworks fan!

Xworks incorporate only the latest technology in our workstations and we have a proven track record of being the first to market with new technology.

Many of our customers have a set image that we load onto their systems to speed up installation. Our workstation specifications are selected to allow us to consistently offer supplies of identical systems over a long period. Most importantly, our direct relationship with key component manufacturers allows us to give advanced warning of component changes before they happen.

Dedicated Technical Support Person
Should you ever have questions or need help, you'll find our technical support a refreshing experience. Most of our customers are allocated a dedicated technical support engineer who will oversee the building of your systems. He/She will be familiar with your configuration and will answer your questions and solve any problem you might have quickly and professionally.

Financial Strength
Xworks is financially strong. Unusually for our industry, we do not factor our debts and all credit decisions are made in house. Xworks now offers leasing. In an uncertain market where companies come and go with increasing regularity you can be sure we'll be here, supporting your systems and protecting your investment, in years to come!

Custom designed systems
Imagine walking into a restaurant and having to say "What are you going to serve me?", or having to choose from a tiny menu with only a few choices. We believe purchasing your computer shouldn't have to be that way. We custom build all of our PCs because each of our clients has their own specific requirements. Whilst we provide standard specification systems, you are free to pick and choose exactly the hardware that will meet your needs for today and for future expansion.

No Assembly Lines
Most brand name computers are built on massive assembly lines that produce hundreds, in some cases thousands, of systems a day. Scores of laborers turn one screw or insert one card in a system and roll it down the line to the next worker.
Whilst selecting the best components is critical, even more important is the knowledge of the person who builds the PC. We have no assembly lines, every system is hand built to exceptional quality.
