Introducing the Xworks X20i-64...

The all new Xworks X20i-64 delivers the power of multi-core, dual-sockets to the demanding workstation environment, the ultimate performance for analysis work, digital content creation, CAD, MCAD, electronic design automation, and all other graphics workstation applications.

The X20i-64 now offers the latest 5400 Quad-Core (Harpertown) Intel® Xeon® processors for worlds best in rendering and computational performance.

Based on the next generation Intel® 5000X (and Intel® 5400X) workstation and server chipset technology. The X20i-64 offers increased graphics performance, reduced power consumption, and improved platform reliability and system manageability.

Dual and Quad-Core Intel® Xeon® processor(s) available
• Improves performance and headroom, and provides scalability and system redundancy with multiple virtual applications - Up to 8 physical cores per workstation.

Up to sixteen fully buffered 667/800MHz DIMMs
• Massive memory capacity and blistering performance.

Three PCI Express* slots
• Provides expansion headroom for the future and unparalelled graphics performance.

Integrated server management
• Helps lower costs by improving baseline manageability.

Up to six SATA 3Gb/s ports
• Supporting RAID 0, 1, 10 with optional Intel® RAID Activation Key for hardware RAID 5.

Optional hotswap SAS (Serial-Attached-SCSI)
• Supports next-generation enterprise class SAS drives or lower cost SATA drives.

Dual Gb Ethernet
• Increases network performance, with lower processor overhead with Intel® Advanced I/O Technology.

1333MHz, and now 1600MHz system bus capability.
• Increased bus bandwidth (100% greater than 677 [1333] and 800MHz [1600]) and increased system bandwidth.

PCI Express* X-16 graphics
• Next generation graphics interface, delivers 4.0 GB/second of graphics bandwidth per direction directly into the Intel® S5000X/5400X chipset (total bandwidth 8 GB/second), for twice the bandwidth of AGP 8X

PCI Express* I/O
• Serial I/O technology provides a direct connection between the MCH chipset and PCI Express* component/adapters with bandwidth up to 4 GB/second on each PCI Express x8 interface.
• PCI Express offers higher bandwidth, lower latency and fewer I/O bottlenecks than PCI-X
